Blog Hop Party with a Give-away!! ***CLOSED***

Give-away time!


I have joined the Blog Hop Party that is being hosted by the Quilting Gallery. Blog hops are a great way to see new blogs and find some new favorites!

And now the details on my give-away -- I will not ship internationally(US only) and the give-away will close at noon Central on September 3. In order to enter the contest, please answer the following question and put your response in the comments. Please make sure you are a "reply blogger" or leave me your e-mail and name with your comment so I can contact you if you are one of the winners!

  15. I usually like any post that involves fabric in some form but the ones I really like are "finishes" and they are even better if the blogger talks about what inspired the quilt and a bit of the process. I'm always interested to know what other people's processes are. :D

  20. I like to see what others are working one, both in progress and finished. As a longarm quilter, I love to see the quilting done on quilts. I enjoy tutorials that teach me a new technique or block! I just addicted to everything quilts!!! Love your autumn leaves - so perfect for the coming season!!!   24. I like blogs that have tutorials, and that have a lot of pictures of how to on their blogs. I would really love to find a blog that shared some English Paper Piecing ideas and patterns, have been searching for that rather unsuccessfully.

  30. I don'g go with the flow so I guess I am alive. I follow 300+ blogs (which of course means I don't read every post every day). Their is some bloggers I read more of their posts then others. I am a visual guy so if its words only unless the title or something in it scream interesting they are normally passed by. I blog and read blogs to get inspired I hunt for pictures and or tutorials that will help me increase my quilting skills. The better the pictures the more likely I will read and keep reading. Hope this is what you were looking for. Oh and now following by reader could not find the GFC follow button.

  64. What a great question! I love tutorials, and I always check out any mention of scrap quilts. I do not think I have ever passed up a blog post about table runners either! When a quilt blogger is asking for advice on fabric choice or choice of borders, etc. I always go and read that post too -- and usually all of the comments as well! It is a good learning exercise for me.
