ReplyDeleteI usually like any post that involves fabric in some form but the ones I really like are "finishes" and they are even better if the blogger talks about what inspired the quilt and a bit of the process. I'm always interested to know what other people's processes are. :D

I enjoy tutorials that teach me a new technique or block! I just addicted to everything quilts!!! Love your autumn leaves - so perfect for the coming season!!! ReplyDeleteI don'g go with the flow so I guess I am alive. I follow 300+ blogs (which of course means I don't read every post every day). Their is some bloggers I read more of their posts then others. I am a visual guy so if its words only unless the title or something in it scream interesting they are normally passed by. I blog and read blogs to get inspired I hunt for pictures and or tutorials that will help me increase my quilting skills. The better the pictures the more likely I will read and keep reading. Hope this is what you were looking for. Oh and now following by reader could not find the GFC follow button.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great question! I love tutorials, and I always check out any mention of scrap quilts. I do not think I have ever passed up a blog post about table runners either! When a quilt blogger is asking for advice on fabric choice or choice of borders, etc. I always go and read that post too -- and usually all of the comments as well! It is a good learning exercise for me.
